Biography

Tim began his legal career in 1975 as a trust officer with South Carolina National Bank. He went on to practice law with the firms of Petit, Ross, Stoudemire & Brandt and later on, Stoudemire & Merrell. In 1986, he established his own practice, Timothy C. Merrell, Attorney at Law, which eventually evolved into what is now Merrell & McDuff.

Throughout his career, Tim has focused on real estate law, estate planning, estate administration, and small business corporations. Now in semi-retirement, he continues to serve clients with the same dedication, concentrating on Estate Planning and Estate Administration.
